1% better every day

Since the day I turned 30, I have been trying to become a better version of myself, 1% better every day, in every aspect of my life. If you improve 1% better every day for a year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done.

To do this, I challenge myself, I test many methods and above all, I consume a lot of content. Like a fucking lot.

This newsletter is a digest of everything I have seen, read, listened to or tried during my journey.

Living without seeing is a huge challenge.

The day was all about good humor and I am aware that I was very far from reality, but the experience is still incredible. It reinforced my admiration for the blind. Even if our mind can adapt, living without seeing is a huge challenge.

I would like to thank Anais very much for organizing a great day with a perfect combination of different experiences. Without her, I would have stayed in the same place without moving! Let’s face it, without one person to assist you all day long, you don’t make 100m …

So rather than keep asking myself what they can feel, I decided to spend a whole day blindfolded. . . We tried to have a good time and I am aware that we are very far from reality, but the experience is still amazing. It reinforced my admiration for the blind. Even if our minds can adapt, living without sight is tremendously challenging. . . If you know of an association that I can support for this cause, I would be delighted to help! . . #bucketlist #timeleft #blind #blindfolded
