"His ability to turn everything into achievable goals, right there, right now, to move towards your goal".
An hour’s meeting with Maxime whom I knew little. One hour of brainstorm on my album project where we talked about vision, image, impact, social networks. Beyond the relevant advice and his experience, it is his “concreteness” that is impressive. His ability to transform everything into attainable goals, into small concrete steps, into tangible action right there, right now, right away to move towards your goal, without prevaricating and while being efficient, true and aligned with yourself. His enthusiasm and energy are powerful and communicative. He is an authentic, unique and effective coach (just as he is in his own life!).
Marie Bastide – Singer & Lyricist
During my “coffee with a stranger”, I finally got a little coaching session! I appreciated his ability to listen, and at the same time to go straight to the point when necessary. His energy focused on our exchange coupled with his (life) experience made our one hour session very rich. Maxime teaches what he lives, anchored in reality. If you are looking for someone to help you move the lines of your life by taking on new habits, it seems to me that this is someone who can help you!

Wake up each morning inspired to become the person you want to become.
Your identity emerges from your habits. Every day, you make hundreds of habits (conscious or unconscious) which, repeated daily, reinforce your identity. The word identity is derived from the Latin words essentitas, meaning “to be”, and identidem, meaning “many times”. Simply put, your habits are the way you personify your identity.
You are what you repeat every day.
- (+) You are an organized person because you make your bed every morning
- (-) You are lazy because you spend your evenings slumped over in front of the TV.
- (+) You are athletic because you will run several times a week
- (+) You are a healthy person because you always eat 2/3 of vegetables
- (-) You are a person without ambition because you never finish things.
You're NOT the problem (but your system)
You’ve probably already tried to change things, like joining the gym or trying out the new trendy diet. I can reassure you right away: if you are having trouble changing your habits, the problem is not with you, but with the system you are using.
Creating new habits (that last) is based on changing your identity and having an effective system in place. You may develop a habit because you are motivated at the time, but you will only stick to it if the system maintains it long enough to make it part of your identity.
Anyone can convince himself or herself to go to the gym or eat healthy, but if you don’t believe in it, you will find it difficult to implement these changes over the long term and improvements will remain temporary.
Just as, if you continue to apply the same habits as in the past, you will get the results you have always had. As Albert Einstein rightly said: “Insanity is to always behave the same way and expect a different result.”
Are you becoming the person you want to be?
Take a moment to think about the answer. If you hesitate, then the answer is no. So it’s time to make a change because life is far too short to let your best years pass you by without doing anything.
Every new (good) habit that is successfully implemented will not only give (positive) results and bring you closer to the person you want to become, but it will also give you self-confidence. You will begin to believe that you can really accomplish things, to see that “the impossible” becomes “possible”.
As you go from small victories to small victories, the results begin to change, and the story you tell yourself begins to change as well.
- You don’t “just” want to run a marathon, you want to become a runner.
- You don’t “just” want to read one book a week, you want to become a reader.
- You don’t “just” want to quit smoking or eat meat, you want to become a healthy person
"Maxime is a shot of ENERGY "
I couldn’t wait to talk to Maxime. A pragmatic person who embodies the perfect balance between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. His experiences help a lot in the constitution of the surpassing of oneself, and especially in the realization of one’s dreams (pros & pers). A very beautiful meeting, and a coach at the level of a Gary Vee or a Simon Sinek. In short, a shot of ENERGY that I highly recommend in our lives!
Dennis Nazare – Partnerships Manager
His pragmatic and factual way of identifying a problem, setting a goal and the intermediate steps is clearly imprinted in his DNA! With Maxime, no blah blah blah and a lot of common sense. Maxime asks the right questions and leads you naturally out of your usual way of thinking. He doesn’t impose anything, doesn’t try to convince. Each of his remarks is supported by an example related to his own experience. Add to this a sportsman’s mindset: this makes the exchange inspiring. A real ball of energy and a concentrate of motivation that always comes at the right time. With this new coaching activity, Maxime is clearly in his element, something that seems to have been part of him for much longer!
Julie Mergui – Corporate Development Manager
The strength of Maxime’s approach is his pragmatism! Understanding the problem, its environment, its objectives and getting out of one’s subjectivity to seek results in a methodical way. We make decisions based on verified data to build the identity we are trying to embody, and this is applicable to all needs! Maxime has accompanied me on several occasions on business issues, personal financial management, the definition of sports objectives or the implementation of a better lifestyle.
Each time, I gained visibility, self-confidence and the possibility to reach my goals!
Barthélémy de Mazenod – DigitalNomad Entrepreneur
I had the opportunity to exchange with Max over dinner. I quickly liked his pragmatic and inspiring approach. Being an entrepreneur myself, and having trained as a coach, I am particularly impressed by his ability to put himself into action to “live his dreams and not dream his life” as many people do (I am the first one despite my background). He links in a simple way theory, tools and practice to get results, and he is living proof of this! So bravo for what you are doing, and long life to AlloMax which should contribute to the growth of those who will cross your path!
Cedric Teboul – Entrepreneur
"Maxime showed me that putting it into action is simple when you know how to break it down into small steps."
Maxime has accumulated a lot of experience, a gold mine for many people who want to make a change in their lives. He is clearly the proof that the implementation of habits, starting with small steps, allows, progressively, to anchor new functions in daily life and to transform a situation from an A state to a B state (whatever the size of the transformation).
Pierre Pointard – Entrepreneur
Before leaving for one of his new adventures, Maxime put me in ACTION mode. Being a dietician, I wanted to do a podcast on nutrition. In front of my hesitations about the “right” material, Maxime challenged me to publish the episode 0 the same evening: “You don’t need any material, you need to do it”. I went home, wrote the story, chatted in the post and published the episode the same evening on a free platform. Maxime showed me how simple it is to put it into action when you know how to break it down into accessible steps. I stopped brooding, stopped anticipating, and started moving. Good job, Max.
Charles Brumauld – dietician
Discussions with Maxime are always very pleasant. We can as well talk about specific subjects such as the valuation of start-ups, hypergrowth or the relationship with investors. Thanks to our exchanges, I have been able to gain height on my inner “why” and take the impulse to explore new avenues to find my balance (so important when you are an entrepreneur).
Nicolas Lemeteyer – Entrepreneur
Last minute decisions are always the best… I saw, on Instagram, that Maxime was passing through London. I sent him a message so we could have coffee. He said “let’s go”, we ended up eating Australian pancakes, laughing, drinking good coffee and above all REALLY getting to know each other. A real breath of fresh air… A guy who has lived and is ready to give you REAL life advice. Top Guy!
Tarek El Chammah – Sales Executive
After a call from my gynecologist following a worrisome blood test, I told Maxime who immediately suggested a method that could be applied the same day (action-reaction with Maxime!). We broke down the right gestures to have to solve this problem in my body and we measured them, while “cleaning” what I was ingesting daily. Maxime helped me concretely and always positively, without devaluing me when I wasn’t holding my course.
Laure Lefevre – Entrepreneur & Digital Nomad Mum
We exchanged with Maxime about strategic issues related to my business sector. His precious advice allowed me to approach differently some blocking points in the daily life of an entrepreneur. A real source of motivation!
Sarra Khemiri – Marketing Director
I met Maxime in Paris at a time in my life when I was trying to balance the development of professional projects and my personal balance. I am convinced that the implementation of processes and the quantification of objectives is essential to the success of his projects. Maxime’s experience and hindsight on these different aspects as well as his analytical skills in various fields have allowed me to efficiently reach my various challenges.
Thomas Goupil – Asset Manager
I have known Maxime for a few years now. We have never been very close, but he is an inspiring person that I follow through his different networks. I loved our first “real” exchange together. Always good advice from pros and pers I highly recommend him. I am convinced that his coaching experience will help a lot of people.
Simon Parichi – Wealth Management Consultant
I highly recommend Maxime, exchanging with him is always stimulating, he is constantly looking to improve and become a better version of himself and gives off positive and benevolent vibes. We are the average of the 5 people that we know so being well surrounded is essential if you want to live from your passions. And for that I completely agree with him on many points and interests.
Adrien Hardy – Author & Investor
Maxime has a macro vision of the world that allows him to take height on life! He is, moreover, inked in action mode, which allows him to move forward and make people move forward with him very quickly and very far. He has the experience, the methodology and the dynamism of leaders!
