We set goals for ourselves. The problem is that motivation starts to decline extremely quickly. The brain prefers doing easy things rather that going out of it’s confort zone.
If, at the moment, you read five or six books a year don’t try and start the challenge with 30. It’s a bit like in sport, you’ll hurt yourself.
