A world where everyone wakes up every day inspired to go after their dreams.
It took me years to understand the importance of making dreams come true, both for oneself and those around us. I wish to help you make your dreams come true and save you time. To do this, I make my method “How To Achieve Anything Without Motivation” available to as many people as possible, through free content on my social media (here and there) and through private coaching sessions.
The day I turned 30, I had fun creating a bucket list with 12 dreams to take me out of my comfort zone. Seeing the joy and energy it gave me, I started to increase the frequency and the difficulty. As the months went by, my bucket list got bigger and bigger. Little by little I realize that anything is possible and that it is not a question of motivation. I develop a method to help make bigger and bigger dreams come true and overcome my deepest fears.
How To Achieve Anything Without Motivation
I’ve always been afraid to fight > I went up to a boxing ring in front of 300 people for an amateur boxing match (see the video)
I never learnt how to swim and was always scared to death of finding myself in the open sea without knowing what was underneath > I swam 1500m in open water during my first Olympic triathlon (see video)
Hyperactive since I was a child and addicted to my iPhone > I isolated myself in silence for 10 days during a vipassana retreat (read my summary)
I had never travelled alone and rarely outside the comfort of the big cities >I cycled around the South Island of New Zealand, 1200km in 12 days, all alone on my bike (see video)
I had never done any hiking or climbing before > I climbed Mont Blanc ( see video)
I never liked school and read no books from 18 to 30 years old > I now read one book a week (see my 2020 reading list)
A pragmatic and effective method
Why do you want to make this dream come true? What does it really mean to you?
How can you make it measurable? How do you define what you want to achieve?
How do we know we are succeeding? What is the measure to follow?
What are the problems and obstacles that stand in our way?
What are the new ideas to be implemented?
Together we can decide which option suits you best.
During our first phone consultation (make an appointment here), we define the dream you want to achieve to make sure you are heading in the right direction and decide together which option is best for you to achieve it. I will explain my method and the different possible formulas.
All of my coaching options take place in blocks of 21 days (3 weeks), the time needed to change your habits and see the first results. You can freely change your option at the end of each block. All 1to1 sessions take place on Whatsapp or Hangout, with or without video, wherever you are in the world.

The result is a gamification system based on 12 simple and scientifically approved habits to apply every day, all without any obligation or constraint.
My alcohol consumption was on average around 2 to 2.5 glasses a day. You might say that it’s not “huge”. That’s still 150 bottles of wine a year…
From the age of 18, I never took a book in my hands. I will have to wait 12 years for this to change…
I started without learning too much about the technique. I told myself that spending 10/15 minutes a day would be enough. Beginner’s mistake…
An ascent of +2000m in 7h45. I am happy, proud, exhausted and lucky to have been able to live this experience with my 2 ropemates.
All this gives me a framework for improving important areas of my life. Like everyone else, there are days when I don’t feel like it and I completely let go.
It’s not as simple as you think. It involves a real work of paying attention to everything you’re going to put in your mouth.
Walking through Sydney, I come across people lined up in the window, all painting each other. A great experience for two!
